This is very true. After I went away from acrylics it took my natural nails a year to get back to normal. Now I just do an at home shellac if I want something for longer term. Also those that have natural nails but want strength, another utuber mentioned using hard as hoof. I tried it and its WORKED!! I have very weak nails and can be rough and this stuff has made them grow strong and long like crazy.

i had gel nails with tips made from forms, then the all just broke off, i had the same shape and close to the same length as yours, are the tips stronger?

UMMMM, YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO USE A ELECTRIC FILE ON YOUR NATURAL NAILS!! It destroys your nail plate.

@megan rose you have to use the electric file of the oils in your nail plate wont allow the glue on the nails stick
