thats the worsttt. i went from really dark brown hair to almost platinum
hair so i know how it goes…i know minimal amounts about hair but i know
from my colorist if you get some purple shampoo and conditioner and let
that sit on your hair for awhile, it really cools down the color and gets
rid of some brassiness. it really works for my hair at least :)

I feel so bad for you! I can’t believe that they did that to your hair….
not once but twice! You look so sad :( It looks really nice on camera, not
that that counts for much. This is why I NEVER trust anyone with my hair
    except for my usual hairstylist.

I think purple shampoo should have helped I think?

Aww this sucks. I felt like this when my hair fell apart. As much as you
hate it don’t bleach it any more. I had it super dark than tried to get
platinum highlights but my hair was soo damaged because I used to bleach it
so much that they fell apart :( . Than I tried cutting and the lady who did
it completely chopped my hair supper short and that was an extra tragedy.

Im so sorry to hear about your experience! I am a professional and i
specialized in colors. ON your next hair appointment make sure to
reconstruct your hair prior to any chemical services. This will help with
the hair condition and prevent any further damage! good luck!!!

:( I’m sorry girl. I would have freaked out if someone messed with my hair.
You look gorgeous though I promise.

I know exactly what u mean. I went through this about a month ago when I
wanted ombré. I spent a total of 7 hours at a salon. Charged 150 and it was
ORANGE on top of it the lady said come back in 2 weeks to fix it and I’ll
    charge u $50?!?
I honestly came home crying to my husband. I know it’s not a big problem,
but I understand the feeling from ur voice.
Iam wishing u good luck and plz keep us posted on what u do.

I have been to about 10 different salons and had my hair wrecked about 4
times, the problem is working with chemical is a science and most of these
“hair dressers” don’t have the brains understand science. Also they all
seem to have attitude and think the know it all.

i know this was kind of a while ago but i’ve had my hair fried before by a
professional bc they had to tone it several times and it felt like straw.
moroccan oil brand oil is AMAZING, it’s pricey but i really really
recommend it. it left my hair smooth and soft, as well as hydrated. it is a
MIRACLE worker in terms of restoring softness and shine to dry brittle
    hair. good luck!

aww. I know how you feel, i’m getting married this year and a salon ruined
my hair, so I had to cut it, now its super short and i’m devastated.
    congrats on your masters:)
